【留学持ち物】シャンプーは持って行くべき？

前回のドライヤーは持って行くかどうかに続いて、今回はシャンプーについて紹介するよ！
シャンプーって液体だからかさばるよね。
そうなの！でも、やっぱりシャンプーへのこだわりは人それぞれだから、普段いくらのシャンプーを使っているかによって、アドバイスします！

タイプ別！シャンプーを持って行くべきか？

今回は普段どんなシャンプー使っているかに合わせて答えていくよ！さあ選んで！
・通常500円　ドラッグストアでシャンプーを買っている

 

・通常500円以下　シャンプーにはこだらない ！安いのがいい！

 

・通常1000円前後　ヘアケア命！キシキシしたくない

ドラッグストアで500円前後のシャンプーを使ってる方編

普段シャンプーはドラッグストアで500円前後のものを買っている方は、現地調達でOKです！
なぜなら、同等レベルのブランドは向こうでも手に入ります！
以下は、フィリピンですぐに現地調達できる日本でも有名のブランドです！
見覚えがありませんか？

・DOVE（ダヴ）
・LUX（ラックス）
・PANTENE（パンテーン）

これらはスーパーなどでも購入可能なので、初日にすぐ手に入れることができます！


どれも日本で有名なブランドだよね。
そうなの！だからとっても安心！しかも、日本と同じブランドでも、フィリピンの水質に合わせて、日本のよりもリキッドっぽいから泡立ちが良いの！

上記ブランドで問題ない方は、荷物にもなるのでシャンプーは現地調達がオススメです。
値段はおおよそ300ペソ（600円）前後なので、日本で買うのとさほど変わりません！！
日本と水質も違うので、現地ので洗った方が洗い上がりも良いです。

シャンプーにはこだわりがないから安く済ませたい人編

日本で100均のシャンプーを使っているような方、体用石鹸で頭まで洗っている方。
もちろん、現地調達でOKです。

フィリピンでもシャンプーはピンキリです。
破格シャンプーもあります（私は試す勇気はありませんでしたが・・・。）
例えばこちらのSUNSILKのボトルなんかは、安い時は100円前後で売っていました。

物価が安いフィリピン、シャンプーはそこまで安くはないですが、
持って行く手間などを考えたら、確実に現地調達がオススメです！
だいたい100円で買えたり、せっけんはもっと安いので何も気にせず現地で買ってください。

こだわりのシャンプーがある！ヘアケア命編

日本の美容室のシャンプーや1000円以上のシャンプーを普段使っている方。
日本からボトルを抱えて持っていきましょう！！
残念ながら、その製品、フィリピンではほとんど手に入りません。
こだわりが強いのであれば、日本から一ヶ月以上の滞在であれば、新品ボトルのまま持って行くことをお勧めします。
なぜなら、シャンプーを移し替えて持ち運ぶ場合、途中で漏れる可能性が非常に高いのです。
もしくは、350mlのペットボトルに入れ替えて持って行くなど、密封する必要があります。
通常のボトルのまま持って行くのは危険です！

また、現地でjapanese productのスーパーなどがあれば稀に購入できることもありますが
値段は日本の1.5倍以上とかなり割高になっています。

特に、現地の日本人女子も大好きだったこのシャンプーを超える製品は、出会えませんでした。

↑匂いもいいし、サラサラだし、頭皮までさっぱりするので、ちょっとベタベタするフィリピンでも大活躍でした。

実際みんなシャンプー留学にもってっているの？！

フィリピン留学で出会った日本人の女子10人、男子10人に調査してみました。

日本から持って来た・・・女子2人・男子0人
フィリピンで現地調達・・・女子8人・男子10人

留学先で知り合った中国人や韓国人の女の子も、中には持参している子もいましたが
ほとんどの子が現地調達をしていました。

やっぱり男は現地調達でいいかなあ！

いざ留学にシャンプーを持ち込もう！どのくらい持っていけばいいの？

シャンプーを持っていきたい人のために参考までに量を書いておきます。

結論：胸下ロングで、一ヶ月200mlのシャンプー＆リンスがあれば安心
（１日2回シャンプーすると考えて）

※平均は一ヶ月で100mlと言われています。

私は3ヶ月で500ml新品ボトルを持ちみましたが、最終的に足りなくなりました。。
でも、ルームメイトが先に帰国する時は残ったものをくれる習慣があったので
それを使って過ごしました。

個人的な留学のシャンプー持ち込み問題に対する見解

ここまで書きましたが、次留学に行くとしたら、私はもうシャンプーを持っていきません。

日本ではいくら良い製品も、現地のシャワーの水圧だと、日本のように泡立たなくて
快適には洗えなかったのです。

逆に、現地に売ってるリキッド系のシャンプーの方が洗いやすかったです。

そうだよね。フィリピンのシャンプーで洗っててもサラサラだったよ！
そう、実はフィリピン人はサラサラヘアー命だから、意外といい製品が揃ってるんです！

せっかくの留学なので、新しいコスメを試す気持ちで、現地のシャンプーを試してみてはどうですか？！
